Gps took us to the back of the hotel because of renovations so walking the whole building in the snow and cold wasn't ideal. Nevertheless it was a comfy stay not too bad at all. Nothing major to complain about would go back again !!

This was a great place to stay after our evening at the Dutch Apple Theater. We also appreciated being able to eat a buffet breakfast in the nearby restaurant Loxley's.

My family and I stayed here for 3 days for my sister's wedding at the rotunda and everything was great. Rooms were very nice and very clean. Beds were super comfortable and the showers were really refreshing and had very good water pressure from the shower head. Great food and there is an outdoor pool and much more.

We stayed at Heritage Hotel for our wedding, and overall, it was a very good experience. While the rooms were a bit dated, they were clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. The real standout was the staff—they were incredibly helpful, especially with accommodating our wedding guests. They made sure everyone was able to get into the wedding block without any issues, which took a lot of stress off our shoulders. If you're looking for a hotel with great service and a clean environment, I would recommend Heritage Hotel.

I love love love this place. The restaurant is awesome the staff was amazing with my twins they helped me with their food and drinks, the rooms are super clean and well stocked. Always have fresh coffee out front 24 hours a day. The front desk staff are the best and most professional I've seen in a long time. This place felt like home.

I host a ladies scrapbooking retreat here twice a year with 70+ ladies in attendance. Everyone of us love this hotel. It's very, very clean, staff is amazing and helpful plus friendly! We use the meeting spaces and live their food. Full hot breakfast Buffett is fabulous! No bad comments at all. Excellent hotel!!

Rooms are nice clean very nice when you first walk in rooms cleaned every day never had a problem I wish all hotels would like this

Very nice moderately priced hotel centrally located between Hershey Park and downtown Lancaster. Pool was well kept and inviting. We arrived 2 hours early and were permitted to check in. Loxleys was a lot of fun. Staff at both places were great.

It's an older hotel, which was pretty cool. The service was great. The breakfast was superb. Just thinking of it, makes me want to go back for seconds! And I'm 9 hours away!
